L'Athénée, fondé en 1603, est un lycée classique luxembourgeois qui offre toutes les classes de la 7e à la 1re et toutes les sections de l'enseignement secondaire classique luxembourgeois. L'Athénée et ses élèves sont engagés dans de nombreux projets sur le plan national et international.

L'Athénée est aussi IB World School et offre 7 années d'études internationales menant à l'International Baccalaureate Diploma.

 

IB Open Day

 

 

The Athénée has created a new 7-year international course of study which encompasses two different cycles:

  • Following our five preparation years (7th to 11th grades) students start the actual IB Diploma Programme (12th and 13th grades).
  • Although students may enrol in any grade from 7 through 12, students from the regular Luxembourgish system are strongly advised to join the programme
    in grade 10.
  • The Athénée officially acquired the status of IB World School in February 2010: this means that we are officially authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.

Please feel welcome to attend our Open Day on 11thMarch starting with a general presentation at 10.00 a.m. followed by a visit of the school and its facilities.
